HUNK's neck breaker all the way, The Suplex is awesome, but it doesn't always kill them in one try

Well, duh. I mean it's a given that the neck breaker is preferred since it kills instantly. Leon's move would kill the enemy if they are weak and Hunk just snaps regardless of vital status on the enemy.
