Hey everyone! Merry Christmas! I haven't been on here in months because I'd done everything on REO1 and then my copy got so badly scratched it wouldn't play and I had to throw it out. But, I recently got a new copy and - finally - a copy of REO #2, yay! Anyhoo, I was wondering how do you reach the "important" item on top of the shelves in the Office Building Warehouse in the End of the Road scenario, and what is it? I've tried looking through some walkthroughs(is it just me or are there way more related to REO#1?) but I can't find any mention of it. Thanks.

Well, I couldn't swing a new slim PS2 this Christmas so I'll never get to play with you guys. What's a game shark?

Oh man. That bites. I've always wanted to become a zombie and go after the other characters.

ok, if you got a slim PS2 with the Modem already attached you're just about set. If not, then you'll need a PS2 Modem for the older PS2 models. You need an internet/broadband connection. attach your phone or ethernet jack into your PS2. Then you got to set up your information from your ISP into your PS2. dial up, and you should be set. It's been awhile since i've been online with my PS2 ... there are some things I'm kinda vague on. Ah, I see. I have the old PS2 and it's kinda beat up. I'd love a slim for Xmas, the PS3's are still a little too pricey for me.

I haven't played this one much yet because I can't save 'til I get a new memory card or I'd have to delete my REO which I really don't want to do.

You're playing my favorite game in the series. MAybe not gameplay wise, but story, it doesn't get any better than RE:CV-X for me. Any tips or help you need, post 'em here, i'll check in on a daily basis. As for controls. when you start the game. Practice just walking, not running, around the prison cell. one thing to know, NEVER use the analog controller stick to move in RE, just use the crosspad to move. UP always moves your character in the direction they're facing. DOWN, will always make your character walk backwards. LEFT/RIGHT turns your character to their left or right Learn to use your inventory menu. conserve ammo when you can, run around slower zombies that don't block your path. You're gonna love this game. Just takes practice to get the control scheme down. After a bit of practicing it'll feel natural. Hope that helps out any, like i said, I'm here to help if you got other questions. Thanks. Yeah, the UP/DOWN thing pretty much got me killed right away in the barracks. I like the idea of more story too. Well, back to it.

I just got this game tonight and haven't made it very far. The differences in the controls compared to Outbreak are messing me up. This is only the second RE game I've ever played so I'm not used to change yet.
Advice?

I really liked the first one, but I watched it as a zombie movie fan who'd never played a game.

See, i never took the time to unlock them, so it's cool to hear about them. I was always curious on unlocking it, but always thought it was just a skin option for the character. though, now it sounds to me like there is a different level of challenge added depending on your choice of color. Yeah, I'm not that great of a player yet to handicap myself. I'm pretty much just collecting all the costumes and stuff now.
