I guess I'll announce this. Capcom is bringing probably the LEAST requested RE title to be ported to the Wii, Residene Evil 0, the SAME EXACT game you played on the NGC, just updated with Wiimote functions.
Hooray for Capcom, you have satisfied a total of 4 whole fans from the RE series.
Nah, I'll get it, but I'm not going to be drooling days in and out until it's released.

i was joking about the 4 fans. i'm excited too, i guess, i'll take any excuse to reply through any title. but would've been better for a Nemesis or CV-X port, for me. i didn't mention RE2 cause I'm expecting a full REmake when that's finally announced

If Capcom remakes RE2 and RE3, they better do somethin rather than just make cut scenes skippable! Oh well I can't find my PS games so Gamecube will have to work. I want a Wii d**n it!

At the moment. The NGC and Wii is the preferred system for RE fans. At least since the Outbreak games went offline and RE5 is almost a full year from releasing.
And if RE0 the Wiimake is "only" scheduled for Japan. it'll be released in the US soon after. The US's response to RE on the Wii system is too much money fro Capcom to miss out on. It'll be stateside soon after japan gets it first ... they ALWAYS get RE first

Isn't the Wii backwards compatible? I mean, it's cool that RE0 will be on the Wii but if the gameplay's identical to the Gamecube version, then what's the point?
Unless you tell me something that I don't know...

all i know that's different so far , is you aim with the Wiimote to shoot, like in RE4. and probably do some motion based puzzles, like turn cranks, or push buttons. and, of course, you'll waggle the Wiimote to shake zombies off of you.... speaking of which, there are zombies in this RE game

People complain about this and seem to forget that RE4 got the same treatment with it's wiiport...
