Basically tell us what you think. Did you like Resident Evil 4? If not, why?
Personally I loved the new graphics and everything when I first started playing, however once I beat the game I took the time to properly analyze it. Compared to the other Resident Evil's, I think the story in 4 sucked. It was bland. Kinda like a dumb person's horror movie. Also, I think they could've done a better job developing characters and making them a bit more sympathetic. Okay, don't get me wrong on this next one, but am I the only one that was just a little annoyed with the seemingly infinate ammunition? One of the things that I loved about the original was the challenge of conserving ammunition as you try to survive Raccoon City. Oh yea...one more thing. The final boss was sad. I beat him in 2 mins the first time I played the game, and he never even touched my health. That totally blew the ending for me, which was the game's last chance to redeem itself for me. But hey...the graphics were excellent and you could actually shoot zombies where you wanted to shoot them...:/.

I agree with what you've said 100%, though I thought IT (aka U3) was pretty challenging. He should of been the final boss.

Yes, I can agree that 'It' was definately harder to beat than Sadler was...I think I ended up using a few first aid sprays and pretty much emptying my box which was pretty much the opposite of how my battle with Sadler progressed. Maybe he should've been the final boss? Even so...I think they're still babying fans. Earlier bosses were even harder to beat in my opinion.

I've already given my position somewhere else on the forumns but I'll repeat again, Re4 was a good game, but it's story sucked (especially compared to the others) and what's worse they stole my zombies... I prefer camera angles honestly it makes you more cautious and adds to the horror effect. Resident evil 4 was a good game but a terrible resident evil game.

Plus, even though some people may say it's unrealistic, I like being able to see behind me every now and then like in the other REs.

I like RE4, it is a good game. I enjoyed it.
Death to all of those who hate it because it doesn't follow the correct and original RE plot aspect.
Death to them.
The end.

I thought the game was the best in the series. The story was great...and there was alot more of it in this one. The others didnt have much story unless you count all the memo's. It didnt need to follow the others plot because umbrella is dead and all that is over with...it used to be how the story moved the characters...now its how the characters move the story. The horror effect is still there cuz i jumped more on this one than the old ones. The only differences from this and the old ones is less backtracking...thank god, more ammo and less puzzles. Thats all the differences...and no umbrella or zombies. Plus for me it felt like after 4 games they were just dragging this umbrella thing on for the hell of it. So thats my opinion...and i believe its right.

I loved it... Still do, but now I only play it because I like to shoot the merchant. :3 And also because the mercinaries and Seperate ways/Assigment Ada allow you to me... Ada. <3<3<3 I hope she dosn't get killed off, she's my favorite character next to the deceased *whimpers* Salazar, they should have gave him one-wing and let him live. :c
