I don't know how big the inbox and outbox is. Don't think you'll know until you actually reach the limit.

You will have true bragging rights if you can get a no damage clear offline on File 2. It's up to you who you choose, but I will tell you what NOT to do. DO NOT use... Kevin David or Mark These three characters are pretty much made to be hit.
Also, do not even try to do a no damage on Flashback or Wild Things, it is almost impossible to avoid getting hit by the rocks at the end of Flashback, and Wild Things is so long on Very Hard that there's no way you'll ever complete it.
I'd say Underbelly, using Cindy, Yoko, or Jim. Preferably Cindy or Yoko, because getting a no damage clear with Jim isn't much to brag about.

Be careful when you get Outbreak, the A.I. in the PAL version is even worse then in the US version. At least on the first game, I think it's the same on the second. So on Outbreak 1 you'll mostly be going solo with little help from your partners.

Claire A and Leon B. It's much more exciting then the other way. Plus, according to UC, it's that scenario that is canon. That made me happy.

Outbreak Files 1 and 2
A wonderful premise, surprisingly deep characters (minus Jim), the best gameplay out of any RE game with several nice additions like melee weapons, walk-and-shoot, and tackling, and some of the most memorable dialogue I'd ever seen.
"Bob, where's your mind AT?!"
Also, the puzzles in both were amazingly well done and cleverly put together, the enemies and bosses are the best, and online play is the funnest thing I've ever done in gaming.
Also the huge amount of unlockables and replay value kept me busy for a very, very long time.
If only the games had better A.I., then maybe it would of gotten the love it so rightly deserved...
My second choice would be REmake.
